Abstract
There is no doubt that the world around us has changed, that is changing and will change. The dynamic nature of companies that exist today brings not only advantages but also complex tasks for people who run them. Efficiency in operation of socio-economic system depends to a great extent on the efficiency of its management system. Research in the areas of management and organization as well as grasping their essence based on interdisciplinary approaches, is a prerequisite for efficient management at different levels of socio-economic systems. Concepts of managing activities in the sphere of business can not be reduced to some recipes, instructions or regulations. They are constantly improving and transforming along with changes in science, economics and society.
