Abstract
Objectives To discuss the effect of treatment of Procaine combined the gentamicin perianal washing to treat perianal infection of leukemia patients.Methods 50 cases of perianal infection leukemia patients were randomly divided into two groups:The observer group(28cases)were cared by procaine introduced the gentamicin perianal washing and conventional care;The control group(22cases)were treat by conventional care.Results The observer group rate of cure was 20.0%,The control group was 18.9%,There were especially different in the treatment effect of two groups(P0.05),There were Significant difference in the average number of days cured of two groups(P0.01).Conclusion Procaine introduced the gentamicin perianal washing to treat perianal infection can effectively improve the cure rate of the perianal infection,reduce the suffering of patients and shorten the stay time in hospital.
