The application of combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine in perianal abscess after chemotherapy of leukemia

Objective Analysis the perianal abscess radical incision and drainage combined with the clinical efficacy of Angelica the Asarum soup Bath.Method 43 patients with perianal abscess after chemotherapy of leukemia from April 2009 to July 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group,22 patients and a control group of 21 patients in the control group,using radical perianal abscess incision and drainage clinical efficacy of the treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the a perianal abscess radical incision and drainage plus Angelica Asarum soup Bath,the two groups were compared,recording a time of healing of the two groups of patients.Results The cure rate was 95.9%,the cure rate was 71.4% of the control group,the two groups have a significant difference(P0.05),the healing of the treatment group(13.11 ±0.95) d was significantly shorter than the control group(17.32 ±2.73)d The two groups statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Integrative treatment of leukemia after chemotherapy perianal abscess good effect,worthy of clinical application.
