Retention of the Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Fracture Fixation with Early Postoperative Infection: a Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the fracture internal fixation and early postoperative infection and retention of internal fixation treatment. Methods: 13 cases admitted to the Department of orthopedics plate internal fixation and early postoperative infection and retention of internal fixation for debridement, continual irrigation drainage and anti-infection. Results: 10 cases of infection control, wound healing, and internal fixation is preserved; follow-up of 24 months to 36 months after fracture healing after internal fixation without recurrent infection removed.3 cases of infection has not been controlled, removing internal fixation. Conclusion: by debridement, continuous irrigation and drainage and anti-infection retained internal fixation for the treatment of internal fixation and early postoperative infection curative effect is better, can avoid two internal fixation operation.
