The Effect of Football player"s Team Culture Type on the Communication and Organizational Structure

The purpose of this study is to analyze how to affect football player’s team culture type on the communication and organizational structure. To achieve the objective of this study, the study represents the population who were a football players in Jeollabuk-do, Gwangju and Jeollanam-do 378 data as an object of study. I used the questionnaire and collected the data. Also I analysed the 378 of 400 data were extracted and following conclusions were as follow.BR First, as a result of football player’s team culture type on the communication, group culture, bureaucratic culture, rational culture, innovative culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the sharing information in communication and group culture, bureaucratic culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the efficient communication in the communication.BR Second, as a result of football player’s team culture type on the organizational structure, group culture, bureaucratic culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the formal organizational structure in organizational structure and group culture, bureaucratic culture, innovative culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the centralized organizational structure in the organizational structure.BR
