Abstract
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of rubber seed oil was optimized by orthogonal rotation combination design and the physicochemical, structural and thermal properties of rubber seed oil were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of rubber seed oil were as follows: extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction time 60 min, ratio of liquid to solid 8.57∶ 1,ultrasonic frequency 90 kHz.Under these conditions, the yield of rubber seed oil was 36.03%.The results of FTIR and DSC indicated that the physicochemical, structural and thermal properties of rubber seed oil were similar to common vegetable oils, which could be used as a novel source for biodiesel production.
