Abstract
The conditions for rubber seed oil extraction with ether were optimized by response surface methodology. The effects on the yield of rubber seed oil of temperature, extraction time and liquid-solid ratio were studied. The conditions were determined as follows:temperature 36℃,extraction time 1.5 h,liquid-solid ratio 16.9∶1.Under the optimal conditions, the oil yield was 41.60%.The amount of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the oil accounted for 81.93% of the total fatty acid.
