This report summarizes noteworthy practices and key recommendations shared during a scenario planning workshop, hosted by the Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization, on November 8-9, 2016, in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) sponsored this event as part of its Scenario Planning Program and in connection with the Transportation Planning Capacity Building Program jointly run by FHWA and the Federal Transit Administration.\n
