Effect of drought stress on physiological characteristics of different tea varieties.

Abstract

In this experiment the four tea varieties were dealt with the drought in the planting base of Tea Research Institute of Chongqing.The quantity of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline and MDA were mensurated in the tea mature leaf,and the dynamic analyses were carried.It was clear that the quantity of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline and MDA increase with the stress going on.
