Abstract
The effects of carbon and nitrogen source,pH value, photoperiod, humidity on the colony growth, sporulation and conidial germination of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.were studied. The results showed, for the colony growth, the optimum carbon source was maltose, the optimum nitrogen source was peptone;About sporulation quantity, the optimum carbon source was maltose, and the optimum nitrogen source was urea.It grew between pH 3-10,and optimum pH value was 6 for colony growth,pH value of the largest quantity in sporulation and the highest of germination rate was 5.Illumination was propitious to the colony growth and sporulation, but it inhibited the conidial germination of the fungi. The germination rate of conidia was higher in saturated humidity than others,it could not germinate when the relative humidity below 81%.The lethal temperature of conidia was 50 ℃ for 10min.
