Abstract

The effect of temperature, moisture,pH value, carbon source, nitrogen source, and light on the mycelial growth, conidial germination of loquat anthracnose fungus(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.) was primarily studied. The results showed that the temperature for mycelial growth was from 10 to 35℃,the optimum was 28℃;the range of pH value was 3~10,the optimum being pH 6;For the conidial germination, the range of temperature was 10~35℃,the optimum being 25℃,the range of pH values was 3~10,the optimum being 5;The percentage of condial germination was higher under the saturated humidity or water-drop;The treatment of darkness with fluorescent light or with alternative fluorescent did not have significant effect on the mycelial growth, conidial germination. In the tested five carbon sources, mylial growth was the fastest on the media using mannitol, lactose as carbon sources, respectively; In the tested five nitrogen sources, rope grew fastest on the medium using DL-cystine,glycin,urea as nitrogen sources. The lethal temperature of condia was 50℃,10 min or 55℃,5 min.
