Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is changing the way the construction industry handles many of its tasks, but not the tasks themselves. CSSP's experience, based on industry use of the company's CLIENT real-time project management software product, is that proper integration of IT with the design, construction and commissioning process makes it possible to control the risk - both physical and financial - on complex construction projects in a way that is previously impossible.
