Knowledge Management for Creating Organizational Success

The world’s transition to knowledge society and knowledge-based economy has been started in the current years. In fact, knowledge and innovation play the important roles in creating competitive advantages. This article aimed at presenting knowledge management concepts to create organizational successful. It also presented a successful organization as an example in using knowledge management. Regarding the knowledge, it has been developed from basic knowledge to wisdom knowledge. Suitably, the knowledge management is used as the transitional process to generate new knowledge in the organization and also develop organizational innovation.
