Abstract

Under the guidance of the spirit of the first session of the twelfth plenary meeting of the State Council, the mode of "popular entrepreneurship and innovation" has been greatly promoted, so that more young people could realize value of life, to better meet the needs of steady growth of Chinese economy to human resources in the transition period.
