Abstract
Frame Bridge is an important part of sluice that its structure safety has direct influence on the control and application of sluice. As demands for modern seismic design have increased, traditional static analysis cannot already satisfy the precise demand. On the basis of above considerations, a new structure analysis method of Frame Bridge is proposed based on Midas Civil. According to the typical structure of Frame Bridge, a whole modeling is established. Boundary constraints and loading conditions are setting reasonably. Based on the results of static analysis, dynamic analysis is proceeded by using standard ground motion parameters in software library. Internal forces under static and seismic condition are acquired that they can provide the scientific basis for physical design of sluice.
