Abstract
Interchange Project at Old Route of the Yellow River was constructed in 1997, composed of the old mantle, the irrigating and draining sluice and outlet sluice. The reformation of bi -direction operation of irrigating and draining sluice and outlet sluice was completed in 2004, which connected the old Yellow River system with the Tongyu River system and changed the hydraulics. Therefore, the modification of sluice gate control and operation method is necessarily. In this paper, based on the analysis of control and operation fact of the reformed sluices , new control and operation method is proposed.
