Abstract
objective: through the study of 108 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection patients with small bupleurum decoction treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to treat body empty cold, to observe the treatment effect, summarizes the conclusions. Methods: randomly selected patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital 108 cases, randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 groups, treatment group of 54 cases of these patients were given oral Chinese medicine small bupleurum decoction to treat, 54 patients of control group are given a clear lung oral liquid treatment. Observe the patient's clinical symptoms improve the situation, summarizes the treatment effect. Results: the results the treatment group effective rate was 89.5%, the control effective rate of 70.6%, curative effect comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of the results found for patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection body deficiency cold syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment with oral small bupleurum decoction obviously good curative effect is good, is worth widely recommended in clinical.
