Abstract
I recall a few years ago assisting with the City of Sydney Street Count. My team was allocated a section of Darling Harbour - a major tourist precinct of Sydney, consisting of bars, restaurants, some open space and a few darkened corners (especially at 2 am). We did a sweep of our area and found nobody sleeping rough.
