Abstract

In this study, system multimedia applications is realized for an embedded system. The designed system provides multimedia support such as audio playback, video play, saving to disk as hardware and software. In the design of the developed system, Linux operating system is used. Required Linux operating system peripheral drivers has been developed. To realize peripheral module tests, necessary test and user applications and user libraries are written. User applications that provides multimedia operations are designed for the Linux operating system.
