РОЗВИТОК СИСТЕМИ ФІНАНСОВОГО МОНІТОРИНГУ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ // Development the system of financial monitoring of foreign economic activities

In the article is investigate the features of the formation and development the system of the of financial monitoring of foreign economic activities. Defined the main aim of its functioning, its object, its subjects and interconnections between them. The author defines the normative and legal, organizational, methodological and informational providing of the system of financial monitoring of foreign economic activities that define the features of its functioning. To improve the structure of the system of financial monitoring of foreign economic activity made a proposal to create the Intergovernmental Authority of financial monitoring foreign economic activity the functioning of which will strengthen the relationship between the national and the supranational systems of financial monitoring and to establish the relationships between the national systems of financial monitoring of foreign trade activities. Досліджено особливості формування та розвитку системи фінансового моніторингу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності (ЗЕД). Визначено основну мету її функціонування, об’єкт, суб’єкти та їх взаємозв’язки. Автор визначає нормативно-правове, організаційне, методичне та інформаційне забезпечення системи фінансового моніторингу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, що визначають особливості її функціонування. З метою удосконалення структури системи фінансового моніторингу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності внесено пропозицію щодо створення Міжурядового органу фінансового моніторингу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, функціонування якого дозволить посилити взаємозв’язок між суб’єктами національної та наднаціональної систем фінансового моніторингу, а також встановити взаємозв’язки між національними системами фінансового моніторингу зовнішньоекономічної діяльності.
