Abstract

The hydration heat release of mass concrete during the curing process will produce a large temperature change contraction and the resulting temperature shrinkage stress is the main cause of cracks of concrete, concrete cracks affect the structural integrity durability, endanger the safety of the structure, therefore in the process of construction control must be considered the concrete cracks, due to the complexity of the application conditions of mass concrete cement concrete system of its own, the cracking of mass concrete is the existence of a large number, so if the measures to control the poor, easy to crack of concrete structure, the light will affect the durability of the concrete structure, or even influence the mechanical properties of concrete. Therefore, the effective prevention of large volume concrete cracks has become a common concern in the engineering field. Due to the diversity of large volume concrete application conditions the complexity of cement concrete system, the cracking problem of large volume concrete is still in large quantities. These problems require us to study the cracking mechanism, crack development, evaluation system control measures of concrete.
