Abstract

The free running spectral linewidth of a high-power /spl alpha/-DFB laser at 1064 nm is measured to be less than 100 kHz. Electronic feedback to the injection current is used to phaselock the /spl alpha/-DFB laser to a diode pumped Nd-YAG laser.
