Abstract
A total of 25 random primers were used in the test and 5 of 25 primers amplified polymorphic fragments in 80 domestic rabbits from five populations. By statistical analysis, the dendongram from genetic distance by UPGMA indicated there were different evolution relationships among five populations and the relationships were consistent with expected result.
