Abstract
In this paper, 43 materials from 9 species in Lycopersicon were analysed by RAPD (random amplification polymorphism DNA) with 26 random primers (10bp). In total, 199 loci (stable band) were detected and averagely 7.65 loci could be detected by each random primer. The results showed that 146 polymorphic loci occupied 73.37% of the whole amplified loci. According to these results, 43 materials can be classified into 4 types and the average genetic distances of detected materials are between 0.041 and 0.452.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
