Abstract
In the flowing quantity instrumentation, various sensors using the technology of MEMS have been considered. We focus on the pitot difference pressure type flowmeter. We apply high performance pressure sensors to measure the flow rate. In this report, we introduce the measurement principle of this flow meter. The basic flow rate characteristics are confirmed through experiments. In addition, some issues are considered based on these results, and the feasibility of this meter is analysed.
