Abstract
With the grey cluster, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of rural economic development based on the analysis of the present situation of rural economy in Henan Province, evaluating the 18 prefectures of Henan Province according to the level of rural economic development, making a conclusion from the results that the rural economic development level of Henan Province is varied widely. This will provide guidance of policy making for rural economy development.
