Abstract

The pharmacokinetics of ethifos and WR-1065 were investigated following iv administration to the rhesus monkey. Pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated by noncompartmental modeling of plasma concentration data from 10-min iv infusions. The results indicate the ethiofos and WR-1065 are cleared from the plasma at a rate of 40.4 and 67.8 ml/kg-min, respectively. The volumes of distribution at steady state were 0.28 L/kg for ethiofos and 1.5 L/kg for WR1065. a greater fraction of WR-1065
