paper analyzes the position of financial market supervision in the financial law. Provides for a system of financial law, in which puts precisely financial market supervision, as a specific area of non-fiscal part of financial law and also sets out the objectives and tasks of supervision itself. This is a targeted publication on the one topic (Financial Law). It has been requested for inclusion in WOS.
