Abstract

Both financial regulation law and financial supervision law are the parts of composition of financial law system.They are important for financial business's firm development and realization of macroeconomy's goal. But because of their engendering background and functional property are different,they have differences in many aspects .In this paper ,by using the method of comparative analysis,we have studied and clarified the obscure demarcation of financial regulation law and financial supervision law.
