Abstract
The objective of this report is to explore the current market situation of the rapid changing China's construction market, taking the example of Beijing's construction market, to collect up-date and first hand information for potential overseas contractors -especially Singapore contractors aiming China's construction market. Through survey studies, viz. literature survey and personal interviews, the present market development status, problems in China's construction market, government policy toward foreign contractors, and the market potential and its developing trend are addressed in depth.
