Abstract

化学混合法によって調製したルテニウム触媒を用いてベンゼンからシクロヘキセンを合成する際の, 反応温度, 反応圧, 触媒使用量, 水溶媒使用量, 反応系への添加物効果などについて, 最適条件を検討した。また, この反応で特異な役割を演じる水溶媒について反応基質並びに生成物の水への溶解度から検討を試みた。反応温度は180°C, 反応圧は70kg/cm2, 触媒使用量はベンゼン160mlに対し2.0g, 水は基質ベンゼン160mlに対して100ml以上が最適であり, また含浸法触媒では効果的な金属強酸塩や強アルカリの添加は収率の減少, あるいは反応の停止など触媒性能の低下を招いた。さらに, 溶解度の測定から, 水は反応基質や生成物の触媒表面における吸着や脱離, あるいは, 生成物の隔離などに関与して, シクロヘキセンの生成を有利にすると推定した。
