Abstract
直腸癌の術前に, 放射線治療と外部加温による温熱療法とを併用し, 組織学的効果ならびに問題点を, 非併用例と比較した.1.温熱療法併用例において, 腫瘍細胞の変性・壊死が顕著であった.2.直腸粘膜下の浮腫など間質に, 温熱療法特有の変化が認められた.3.術創の解離やイレウスなどの副作用は, 温熱療法併用例で多い傾向が認められた.
