Abstract
It is very important to select a good method for antenna measurement. So this paper will describe the characters of antenna measurement environments. The anechoic chambers (far-field and near-field) can gain the radiation patterns of antennas, and the reverberation chamber can improve the efficiency of antenna measurement. In reverberation chamber, antenna efficiency, total radiation efficiency, diversity gain and the performance of MIMO can be measured. Therefore, the anechoic chambers and the reverberation chambers complement each other perfectly.
