A Quest for Gestalt Therapy Group Process

Although the literature on gestalt therapy contains several different views on group processes, none is based entirely on the central concepts of gestalt therapy. This paper proposes a theoretical model that presents the group process in gestalt therapy as a self-process, drawing on the sequence of contact and the phenomenal and social field of which self is an emerging function.
