Abstract

This chapter returns to the process model of the system — the Data Flow Diagram. It shows how the current physical DFD can be converted into its logical equivalent — the current logical Data Flow Diagram. This is then amended and extended to reflect the requirements of the replacement system — the required logical Data Flow Diagram.
