Abstract

There are many kinds of fire and explosion accidents of oil storage tank in the refinery.According to different accidents,the technichs need to analysis their risks and give some prevention countermeasures. In order to guarantee the safety production and reduce the property loss,they also need to standard and manage the various security measures.
