Abstract
目的 研究50Hz、0.1 mT正弦磁场对早期妊娠小鼠胚胎c-fosmRNA表达与母鼠血液的影响.方法50 Hz正弦磁场处理孕CD-1小鼠,持续处理72 h,时间从妊娠5.5~8.5 d,并在8.5 d时剖检,收集胚胎与母鼠血液.逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测胚胎c-fos mRNA表达,母鼠血液用于血常规检验.结果实验组胚胎的c-fos mRNA表达(1.07±0.32)高于对照组(0.53±0.27),差异有统计学意义(P 0.05).结论50 Hz、0.1 mT正弦磁场对早期胚胎发育有一定的影响,对母体血细胞的影响不大。
