Abstract

Isolation of primordial germ cells from chick embryos at stage 14,19 and 28.In order to compare the survival time in vitro in the same condition among them,PGCs were cultured in the medium with TCM199 containing 10% FCS,under 385℃,5%CO2 and saturation moisture in vitro.The survival time of the PGCs isolated at stage 14 was the shortest,stage 28 longer than stage 14 but less than stage 19.
