Abstract

In today's business world, the change is always present. Modern organizations have to deal with the implementation of organizational changes in order to survive in the current, and future business environment. Therefore, the change management has become one of the key theoretical but also practical concepts of modern business. This concept covers all internal, but also and external changes to the system. Business organization that wants to implement organizational changes must constantly engaged in observing systems in their environment, to respond to changes in economic, technological, legal, socio-cultural and environmental factors. Competition in the world managed: concept - 3C (Customers, Competition, Change). Companies must look for new solutions to their business problems, as well as the way out of a period of turbulence and crisis. Many successful companies have found a solution to their problems in the form of Business Process Reengineering. Reengineering of changes in thinking and radical redesign of business processes, with a dramatic improvement in business performance of organizations such as: the cost of quality, service and speed.
