Chaos System,Business Environment and Sustainable Development of Enterprise

Analyzing business environment from the perspective of Chaos System is a new idea.There are four main opinions concerning the relation between business and environment-Determinism,Adaptation,Change and Strategic Choice.Business always lives in a particular environment and at the same time environment always constrain the development of business.The relation between business and environment is quite complex and dynamic,so the strategy of business should also be dynamic.We can do some research on it from the angle of the systematic theory,and this will do much better to us in setting up a theory frame of analyzing the relation between business and environment as well as business adapting to environment.From the environmental dimensions——social environment,market environment and enterprise's internal environment,this paper analyzed the decisive influence of environment on enterprises and the reaction of enterprises,provided the mechanisms and paths of these actions,and studied the dynamic variety of the interaction between enterprises and environment.How to adapt to its environment and realize sustainable development is a key problem for business strategic management.Nowadays business faces an environment of globalization of business,speed increasingly becoming the key factor,deepening of the complexity of strategic environment and strengthening of the impact of techniques on business strategic environment.We can describe the meaning of business' sustainable development as: business switching to pursue an aim of economic development instead of economic increase;the change of developing pattern of business;business forming a habit of saving resources and energies and the transformation of competitive factors of business.And there are several characteristics of sustainable development of business such as the aim being strategic,the development being sustainable,the sensibility of business to environment,innovation of technology and the advantage of business development.On basis of chaos system,managers should give up the concept of perfect forecast and concentrate on building up flexible organization.
