Abstract

双重免疫染色用于恶性血液病骨髓活检的研究国内外报道甚少,我们借鉴了非洗脱法中的间接法-异种动物抗体法,对多发性骨髓瘤患者选用了浆细胞抗体CD38和增殖细胞抗体Ki-67抗体的配对,建立了重复性和稳定性好的双标记法。
