Abstract
The pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 to larvae of Spodoptera litura with different concentrations of spores was researched.During spore concentration of 4.5×104-4.5×108 spores/mL in Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016,the results showed that the highest adjusted accumulative mortality of 4th and 5th larvae was 85.87 % and 82.94 %,LC50 of 4th larvae was(3.213±0.055)×108,(5.953±0.111)×107,(6.548±0.058)×106,(6.993±0.074)×105 and(5.171±0.068)×104 spores/ml after inoculation in 4-8 days,LT50 was,respectively,(8.73±0.19),(6.99±0.27),(5.79±0.16),(5.18±0.21) and(4.48±0.12)d;and LC50 of 5th larvae was (1.343±0.147)×109,(1.334±0.111)×108,(1.179±0.130)×107,(1.873±0.116)×106 and(2.008±0.108)×105 spores/mL after inoculation in 4-8 days,LT50 was respectively(10.59±0.10),(7.43±0.07),(5.97±0.12),(5.20±0.11) and(4.73±0.09)d.The pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 to 4th larvae of Spodoptera litura was higher than that of it to 5th larvae, and it would be potential applying value in control of Spodoptera litura.
