Abstract

[Objective] Based on the pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 against larvae of Laphygma exigua Hubner to lay a foundation for the strains developing and applying in agricultural pest control.[Method] Spraying methods were adopted for determination of the pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 to larvae of 2nd and 3rd Laphygma exigua Hubner.[Result]The highest corrected accumulative mortality of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 to larvae of 2nd was 84.82%,LC50 was 2.269×104 spores/ml,LT50 was 4.186 d;To larvae of 3rd,the highest corrected accumulative mortality was 84.76%,LC50 was 2.429×104 spores/ml,LT50 was 4.492 d.[Conclusion] The pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 against 2nd larvae of Laphygma exigua Hubner was higher than that of 3rd larvae.
