Abstract
In this contribution we present a very high slew-rate CUOS operational amplifier. It uses an additional circuit to inject an extra bias current into a source-coupled CUOS differential input stage in presence of large differential input signals. This measure substantially increases the slew-rate of an operational amplifier for a given quiescent current. Ye present the circuit principle, its realization, and measurements at the integrated prototype.
