Abstract
Housing New Zealand is dedicated to work with community groups and other government agencies to ensure that 'all New Zealanders have access to affordable, sustainable, good quality housing appropriate to their needs'. Every year it finds homes for approximately 10,000 households, most of whom are unable to find suitable, long-term accommodation on their own.
