Abstract

目的 探讨微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定人全血中16种微量元素的可行性.方法血样经微波消解法,在最佳仪器条件下,以内标参比脉冲计数ICP-MS法测定.结果方法回收率为87.3%~102.4%,检出限为0.01~2.ng/ml,RSD为0.26%~6.80%.结论该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确的优点,适于人全血样中微量元素的测定。
