Abstract

Abstract. An effective communication between the parties in the software de-velopment process is important for coming to and complying with appropriate agreements on the quality of the prospective software. Such communication is impaired when developers and business stakeholders perceive quality different-ly. To address this problem, we aim at a solution that supports understandability and reusability of quality-related communicated information, and the quality of decisions based on this information. In this paper, we first introduce a set of knowledge structures for representing communicated information and then dis-cuss how to map raw communication data into these structures.
