Abstract
A multi-touch interface is a device which recognizes multiple touch inputs more than two at the same time and provides with intuitive visual representation of their results. It is widely used in computer industry and can be categorized by its size and purpose as follows: a tabletop interface, a wall touch interface and a mobile touch interface like a smart phone. In this paper, a tabletop interface and a wall touch interface are studied. We present believable interactions which provide with intuitive digital outputs from interactive systems as responses to natural input behaviors of users. Various application examples based on manipulation of multiple objects on multi-touch interface are discussed. The presented methods are evaluated by performance comparison with their previous approaches.
