Abstract

Aimed at the situation that if the enterprise can touch on logistics, they would change their name into 揕ogistics Company?and set up a new company, this paper emphasizes the issue 揥here will the medium-small shipping enterprise go for discussion. Through review of the shipping industry history of China and the theory about medium-small enterprises in the world, it gives the reason that the existence of the medium-small shipping enterprise is possible and necessary.
