Research on the Teaching for Speed Skating Beginners

Abstract
In order to popularize the methods of teaching the speed skating beginners,basing on the longstanding teaching experience,the article has a research on the teaching methods.It summarizes two methods:five-step method and grouping methods.In the teaching,it puts forward some suggestions as a reference of teaching the speed skating beginners:theoretic answer,assistant exercise of roller skating,help the beginners overcome the learned helplessness.
